| Single person | $195 + GST (if no complications) |
| Couple with mutual bequest | $150 + GST each (if no complications) |
| Couple with mutual bequest and children from previous relationship | $175 + GST each (if no complications) |
| Couple without mutual bequest (often with children from previous relationship) | $195 + GST each (if no complications) |
