New Commercial Lease if we draft lease | $995* + GST (including $30.00 title search and sundries but excluding other searches) + any surrender of old lease ($595 + GST if tenant co-operates)+ any titles office registration fee ** (optional but recommended) + any Mortgagee Consent fee*** (optional but recommended). |
New Retail Shop Lease if we draft lease | $1,195* + GST and otherwise as set out above. |
New Lease or Assignment of Lease advice if acting for Lessee | $330+GST for advice and negotiating amendments. |
Assignment of Lease if acting for Lessor (paid by Lessee) | $1,295 + GST |
Extension of Lease if acting for Lessor | $795* + GST and otherwise as set out above |
* There is also an additional professional fee if we are required to arrange and execute bank guarantee documents or to obtain financial information from a new tenant or to sort out any fitout issues at $330/hr+ GST for each of these optional requirements presuming we’re not involved in negotiations with the other party and both parties are co-operative and contactable at crucial times. (That is, not travelling).
